Please allow 2 – 5 business days for packing.
During peaks times please allow an extra few days for packing.
Free local delivery is available in the Melbourne suburbs of Yarraville, Seddon, Footscray & West Footscray, Spotswood, Altona & Altona North, Williamstown, Kingsville, South Kingsville, Newport and Brooklyn
Flat rate shipping fee of $12 is available on all orders within Australia.
Within Australia allow 7 business days to receive your order depending on where you live.
Please make sure that you give us the correct shipping details. If you need to amend your shipping details please email us at email@example.com and we will endeavour to amend your order before it is shipped. However, if your order has been shipped it is your responsibility to have it redirected through the shipping agent at your own cost.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
We are unable to take responsibility for damage caused during transit. If product is received damaged please make a claim with the relevant shipping agent.
Refunds & Returns
We don’t offer refunds on change of mind or if your pet dislikes the treat purchased.
